Because really, who doesn't love ice cream. This creamy soft serve can be enjoyed in almost any flavour - see my Mango-banana Sorbet recipe. It is made from whole plant foods, making it fat-free sugar-free and 100% raw vegan.
I was so excited to receive my matcha powder yesterday that I got straight onto making a delicious matcha-pear nice cream for my sister and I.
IT IS JUST SO CREAMY!!!
INGREDIENTS (makes more than pictured):
- 5 bananas, frozen
- 1 pear, frozen
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor with a tiny splash of water until smooth.
